Vendor Information

• Vendors show up an hour and a half prior to event start date to set up their table

• Indoor Space fits 1 (6 foot Table) and promotional/ retail goods.

• Vendor Fee per Space: $25

• Spaces are very limited and vendors will be selected by organizers based on product/ service offered.

• You will be notified by email if you have been selected to participate. All money will be due by date given in selection email. If your money has not been received by the deadline, you will be removed from the vending list.

• Vendors must provide own tables and supplies. Vendor Fee after payment is non-refundable.

• Event time: 12:00pm - 5:00pm. Early departures not permitted.

• Standard setup window is 10:30am - 11:45am. Please email pumpviii@gmail.com to notify if you won't make it on time or won't be attending.

• Spaces will be assigned upon arrival so please show up on time.

• Please be respectful of other vendors space when setting up.

Talent Show Information

• Performance Fee for 1 song/act: $25

• Spaces are very limited so please make sure to register ASAP.

• You will be notified by email if you have been selected to participate.  All money will be due by date given in selection email. If your money has not been received by the deadline, you will be removed from the performance list.

• Performers must provide their own props, instruments, and any other essential equipment needed to complete their act. Speakers, a microphone, and basic sound equipment will be provided by studio.

• Performances will start at 2pm, but please show up early to work through any sound or technical concerns you may have regarding your performance.

• Voting for the talent show will be held live by the audience, other event goers, and vendors that are present.

• After all voters are tallied, the winner will receive a CASH PRIZE.

• Please email pumpviii@gmail.com to notify if you won't make it on time or won't be attending. Refunds will be distrubuted on a case by case basis.
